Anderson is gonna go out like BJ Penn. He lost twice to a guy they deemed 'THE' fighter to probably dethrone him, much like Penn with edgar. Penn came back and crushed Hughes and I feel Andersons fight back will be against a 185er who is somewhat of a legend of sorts. That bill fits Rich Franklin who said hes interested in that fight. I think Anderson will take it and destroy him only to get destroyed in his next fight. Against who you ask? Yoel Romero. I think they're gonna put Anderson vs. Romero in a contenders bout and Anderson will get KOd and then retire afterward.

I don't get the the Franklin fight. But i do think they will push for Anderson getting another title shot though.

With this being the twilight of his career, I doubt they'll match him up against an Olympic wrestler. Big money fights are more likely imo.

If they matched him up with Franklin, I think frank the tank will shock everyone and do what he did to chuck. Anderson's chin might not be glass like chuck's was at the end of his career, but getting ko'd and then dropped in the clinch this late in his career shows he can't eat the shots he used to eat.

Most people gave Maia a better chance of beating A. Silva than Frankie against Penn

Can't really judge Anderson's chin until he fights other people. Chris weidman has decent KO power though.

I'm saying both Penn and Anderson looked unbeatable prior to loosing twice to a fighter everybody looked at as a special fighter who could beat them. Both basically from New York/Jersey.

That bill would also fit Cung Le, which quite honestly I would rather watch than Franklin/Silva 3

Maybe Anderson surprises and vies for the belt again after a few wins.
    Only time will tell.

There is zero chance they match him with a no name like Romero. He'll fight strikers & big money bouts.

What does fighting a no name wrestler do for him?

No one thought Frankie was THE fighter to dethrone BJ Penn

Also Penn should of gotten the decision in the first fight

I agree with this. That would be interesting as a comeback fight for AS, actually.

I did, but he was my favorite fighter at the time so I was pretty biased. I picked him to win a close decision.

We will most likely see Anderson get Bisping, Kennedy, Rockhold, or Boetsch.
