Gold Weave- Atama or Sirius?

I just got my second Sirius gold weave and previously had 2 Atama golds. The Atama's fit great and the tops were comfortable but the quality of the pants was slightly lacking as both ending up tearing at the knees. The Sirius has a nice one piece top with no seam down the back and the pants seem to be holding up a lot better. The choice between the two would have been much tougher had the Atama still been ~$75, but the fact that they now charge more than Sirius made it easy.
In the end though I dont think you can go wrong with either.
 
What about single weave compared to gold? Single doesn't feel thin or anything like that.
 
I'm selling my black Sirius gold weave gi which has shrunk from an a-3 size to somewhere between a-2 and a-3
 
uh and sorry to be ask so much questions, but anyone heard of a brand called torah?
 
Your better off with a Sirius or Atama. The Torah top is pretty good but you can get a good top and bottom for the same price in other brands (Paul is selling Gameness Platinum weaves for that price right now).

really? damm my torah is a rock. I have a double and it's pants are thick as hell.. as a matter of fact they are too thick.

Yeah, they are thick and heavy. Mine ripped at the seam where the drawstring is at on the side.

It sucks but I might be selling my new Sirius. I guess the sizing has changed slightly on the new models and my new A2 is still a little too big even after washing and drying it hot 4 times... My new one is blue and I have heard that colored gis dont shrink as much so that may have played a part in it. Wouldve been perfect if it was a little smaller in the shoulders and sleeves.
 
Does anyone know where to get those Brazil USA patches that go across the shoulder?
