Well he's fought big guys in K1. So undersized isn't that much of an issue. I don't think he is overrated either.

He is from a different sport where his technical prowess fits well there, coming into a sport where it's probably a 1/4 of the game. Though his 1/4 is great...It still needs to translate from one sport to the other.

Counting wars, many past fights into the equation it's not difficult to surmise that maybe he just wasn't made to do amazing in MMA.

Both. Kickboxers also have trouble adapting to MMA striking and smaller gloves.

There is a BIG difference between kick-boxing and MMA.

Different skill-sets and threats all around.

Overrated in MMA, but still a bawse as a kick-boxing champ.

Saki has already had over 100 fights. He is past his prime.

I still think he could come back and KTFO somebody. He is the type of guy that wins some and loses some but always exciting.

i liked sakis striking in his first UFC fight.
he looked more like that he had smth like a blackout against rountree, he doesnt throw one punch.

saki made an kickboxer defense move, which only works in big gloves. rountree caught him with the left after saki got dropped he was mentally stunned.. it was weird to watch.. i think that had nothing do to with skill, it looked more like a psychological thing.

Maybe a bit of both, but he was cleaned up last time because his hands are bad, that's all. Size didn't play a role.

Little gloves, maybe thinking more about the takedown which most expected to be Roundtree's strategy & got caught. Most assumed this would be a walkover for him so maybe he was overconfident.

With more training I still think he could still do well in MMA though.
