He's melting down again. Which means its rematch time with DESTROYAH!!!

Got a bundle of 11 Godzilla movies to go through before this comes out.

Man, that trailer looked great. This looks like a winner.

Apparently a second monster in the film, hopefully ends up being Bagan, the legendary lost kaiju.

Still not sure how I feel about the AoT inspired facial details. I am happy that the movie doesn't look to consist of the first-person shaky-cam from the initial teaser that was put out months ago. Three months to wait or so. I'm excited.

Exactly what I was thinking too.(The melt down part, would rather see a new Monster Zero film) Towards the end he seemed to just look more demonic, which I like actually. dem arms doh....

I'm still not excited about combining the myths again. But I am excited about Resurgence.

Hopefully for the second legendary Godzilla film we get a Pacific Rim approach.

NEED new Toho Godzilla (even if it's Burning Godzilla again)
Don't want Kong vs Godzilla.

I'm not unhappy Edwards is leaving Godzilla 2. I don't think he really got what makes G. work. Godzilla 14 felt too much like his Monsters movie - all shadows and hints up until the end. That works for a human-focused drama like Monsters was, but that's not was Godzilla should be about. The big battle with the MUTO in the airport just killed it for me. We finally get to see the big G in all his majestic glory and.... you cut to a friggin TV? Your title character is only onscreen for 8 minutes. 8 minutes. I think Juliet Binoche's character got more airtime and she was dead about 10 minutes into the movie

Screw KK vs. Godzilla. Give me a re-imagined Ghidora, Anguirus or Destroyah. Hell, re-imagine King Ceasar or Gigan if you want an anthropomorphic antagonist. Just not KK. (who's dead anyway after he lost to a couple of biplanes with machine guns)

So Godzilla against Mechagodzilla was on tv tonight and watched it for the first time. Was researching info on the movie after watching it and stumbled on the trailer for Godzilla Resurgence. Had no idea this was being made. Gotta say im looking forward to seeing this when it becomes available in the US.

It's going to resemble a typical Evangelion angel fight with the angel replaced with Godzilla and the Evas replaced with some other Kaiju and the whole thing drenched in Anno's signature boring as F pseudo philosophy. Just look at the new skinny fat Godzilla design, with its veiny body, weird ass tail and skinny claws, it even looks like an angel.

Looking forward to this. The latest American Godzilla movie was such a disappointment. This one could be decent.
