Anderson was the number 1 ranked WW.
    Number 1 ranked MW
    Number 5 ranked LHW.

People gush over Khabib winning a fight 50-44 but GSP fought under the old rules. Under the new rules, many of Georges' 50-45's would have been 50-44's or even 50-43's.

But Jones did lose. Not only that, but he also has a NC on his record now, because of steroids.

Really wish he would have defended that MW strap at least once.

Andy can't be goat then. Fedor too since he refused to fight in the goat org. Jones refuses to fight DC at HW. Can't be goat either.

GSP broke the will to fight of his opponents. Most of them lost their motivation to improve after being so dominated.

A good example is Thiago Alves. Theres a video of him crying in the locker room after his defeat to GSP and he was never the same fighter even though he was still in his physical prime.

At the end of their career but by far on the best win streak of their career. You make sense.

Exactly. Before the Hendricks fight, GSP would so thoroughly dominate opponents that it fucked with their heads.

They saw a level of fighting that was completely unattainable for them, and it broke them.

Imagine the level of focus and dedication needed to keep that level of fighting. People give GSP shit for having a poor performance against pre-USADA Hendricks, but they can't imagine how burnt out he must have been.

I believe GSP beat Hendricks and in alot of ways it was his finest hour.

Could you imagine the shitstorm if GSP refused the fight because Juiced Johny reneged on the testing???

    I'm torn on that one.

I think he should have refused to fight him without VADA testing. Especially since he offered to pay for it, he'd earned the right to make that demand.

But I agree that it's a testament to GSP's heart and determination that he won the fight. It makes me laugh when people think GSP has no heart.

    Did GSP “fight” Shields?

You should be forced to watch that, once a day, every day.

No point mentioning that fight, Anderson just wanted an easy pay check.

He did nothing the whole fight and DC went very very easy on him.
