People who never drink, never did, never do, and never will are usually perverts.
Who is that guy anyway and is that urine?unlike this guy
Who is that guy anyway and is that urine?
ahoy all!
after giving it a bit more thought, i'm hoping candidate Joe Biden thumps his rivals and takes the prize ("the prize" being the Democratic party's nomination to take on President Trump). i am abandoning Mrs. Warren.
i don't believe any of the major policies that Mr. Sanders and Mrs. Warren have proposed have any chance of surviving Senate or House votes (though, generally speaking, i love most of their policy positions), so what's the point? is the point to rally the far left of the electorate only to get crucified in the general?
Mr. Biden will seek to build on the Affordable Care Act, he may even introduce some version of a public option. he supports "free college" at community colleges (so, 2 years of college courtesy of the taxpayers).
i'd like to think the environment is an important issue - but i don't think it is, really - and by the time the shit really hits the fan, just about everyone posting here will be dead and buried, so, who cares?
President Biden will issue some executive orders, and he'll probably undo most of the carnage that Mr. Trump has done to the EPA.
he voted to authorize the 2003 invasion in Iraq, a major, horrific blunder...but eh, nobody is perfect.
in the end, this election is mostly about stopping the cascade of GOP appointments to the SCOTUS and lower courts along with a return to something resembling normalcy.
so...go Joe BIden.
i apologize in advance to Anung Un Rama and VivaRevolution, because i know they are going to be horrified, but i want to win.

Every Democrat in the primary has issues that could become the next BUT HER EMAILS!!!!, It's how they deal with those issues that matter and in my opinion Biden is better equipped to deal those issues than Saint Bernie of Vermont, Warren and Harris. In addition the premise of his campaign, Elect me and let's get back to normal will work very well in a general election with people who are sick and tired of Trumps constant bullsh*t.A few months ago I thought, in a moment of mental retardation, that Biden would be able to reinvent himself as an "elder statesman" and win the Dem nomination.
He is unable to do that.
The truth about Biden is there is not much special about him. He maintained a safe Senate seat in a tiny colonial State and did the bidding of the corporations that registered there.
Hes just a lifelong stoolie, a vapid anachronism, an artifact, a "Dem Mitt Romney".
And he handles children in public in a disturbing fashion.
He is also an architect of the drug war, a plagiarizer, and he never drinks. People who never drink, never did, never do, and never will are usually perverts.
And he has an endless amount things Trump can mulch him with.
If he gets the nomination, hes getting barbecued in the general.
Huh? That a lot of its, coulds, and make believe.
Anyway, look, support who you want to, just dont make Biden out to be someone he isnt. That's dangerous. Because when he is in office you get upset.
But hes not getting in.
Hes not a closer. He won a fluke race in '72, a real tragedy hit his life (and I do feel for him about this. Just terrible. I dont wish that on anyone), and he survived relatively unchallenged for my lifetime.
Just know that he is no friend of classic liberalism, he is a corporatist, he is likely a pervert, and he has no outstanding qualities of leadership.
He is an unsalted cracker. In a room with no water and no booze. There are no windows. And it smells of mold.
Not sure if serious?
Name me one thing Biden has done in 47 years of political life that is outstanding.hiya there Trident!
huh?
no idea what you're talking about.
both Mrs. Warren and Mr. Sanders are indeed very safe in their seats - and Warren has indeed bent over to bend legislation to suit her own corporate constituents, and Vermont's GDP (compared to every state in the nation) is non-existent - so Bernie has been spared this conundrum.
no "coulds" or "make believe" going on here. just the facts.
again, no idea what you're talking about.
i haven't portrayed Mr. Biden as anything in particular; i've only indicated that in a year where progressives seemed to have captured the zeitgeist of the party, Mr. Biden is an outlier among the frontrunners.
alrighty. then it will be Warren or Sanders or mayor Pete, or one of the other contenders. i have no problem voting for any of them, really.
lol at this whole pervert/pedophile thing. you fellows really make me laugh.
and its here you all go off the rails.
you sound no different than the lefties with their whole "orange man" type critiques.
c'est la vie.
