Is one better than the other? Most of my supps I buy in powder form because it's generally cheaper, but are there any benefits to one over the other?

Also, I just finished reading a whole lot on why Glutamine is a waste of money and won't do shit, over at bb'ing.com. The supplements forum over there actually has a lot to offer. Any thoughts on this?

No benefits. However powder will go a lot further cost efficiency wise. Glutamine is a supplement that can be argued quite well from both sides as worthless, or not worthless. You have to see if it works well for you. I love glutamine but it isn't for everyone./

It has helped me a bit, I like it. I take it in the powder form this way I can just mix it in with anything that I'm drinking at the time, protien, water, sports drink etc. I also heard that when mixed into a liquid it is able to be absorbed into your body faster than in pill form.

in powder form, you can take it with a fruit drink and the simple sugars create a insulin spike, shunting the glutamine into the muscles more (ala creatine)
