The hell on earth this guy brought to innocent children warranted a slow and agonizing death. That doesn't mean that society is fucked up for wishing for it. Bludgeoning would have been just.

The guy is not normal, torturing will not do any good at all. Even if one of the victims was close to me I still wouldn't think torturing him is the right way to go.

Killing him would accomplish less. He needs his nose rubbed in it. The pain he caused can not be intellectualized to him, not explained through reason.. He's like a dog. He needs to feel the actual brute sensation.
