Glover is such a bad ass

I wish Glover was able to come to the US in his prime but unfortunately he had Visa issues. He seems like a great guy, and has some awesome stories to tell. I would love to share a beer with this guy

That first round was nuts.. He was just getting hit and moving foward through it. It was like a movie scene.

haha, did you hear his post fight Rocky speech?

"It's not how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep coming forward."

Dude LIVES that shit.

I typed it in the other thread, but besides the dad strength, grappling acumen, toughness, durability, heart and power...

He's a fucking class act.

After winning that fight, what's the first thing he did?

Spend a minute complimenting his opponent.

Just give him the next title shot. He's earned it and his time is limited.

Old Man Glover just keeps feasting on the hopes of young fighters.
Adesanya is one of the best studs in MMA, but how can we deny this man? He’s 41 and just whipped the #1 guy and riding a 5 fight win streak. We need to pray that Jan beats Izzy so we don’t get the Izzy/Jones fight for the title. Glover would be waiting a full year at least.

Taking down the hungry lions of the division too. Hope he gets another TS before it's all said and done

Just subbed a 36 year old fighter coming off a loss and a knee surgery + year long layoff

wouldn’t call that a lion but at LHW that might be

respect to glover

but santos showed the worst ground game ive seen in a minute lol

he went from being on top and laying down some punches

to 10 seconds later glover reversed and is taking his back sinking in a choke

just wtf

Dude is just as tough as they come.

Took all Santos hit him with, and just kept coming at him.

Pure will.

Hell of a performance!!...
Got old man Randy vibes off that shit...

You can never underestimate Experience in fighting...glover has such a big knowledge base to pull from...

Great fight and Card.....dam they all put a show on

Hows Jan's ground game? Glover seems to be on a mission to become champ. Probably retires if he does.

Corey Anderson absolutely dominated him on the ground in their first fight. 30-25 on the official scorecards. Unfortunately, Anderson fell in love with his striking and got KTFO in the rematch.

Gus and Cummins also beat him by controlling him on the ground. It's possible that Glover could do it.
