Glove size + Gear question

Hello all,

I am in need of a pair of boxing gloves and shin guards. What size (weight) gloves should I get (they would be multi-purpose, my only pair)? And what is a good site to get the gear from, I've been looking on mma warehouse.

u should really have 2 pairs of gloves,16s for sparring,10-12s for bag/pad work.

And +1 for KO Fightgear. Love most of their stuff.
