What do you guys think about these matchups for 2014 ?

HW:
- Verhoeven vs Ghita
- Zimmerman vs Edwards

LHW:
- Spong vs Saki
- Corbett vs Ilunga

MW:
- Barrett vs Levin
- Schilling vs Wakeling

WW:
- Holzken vs Kyshenko
- Valtellini vs De Bonte

LW:
- Ristie vs Groenhart
- Petrosyan vs Van Roosmalen

FW:
- Noiri vs Amrani
- Kubo vs Saenchai

I like these match ups and like the re-match between Kychenko and Holzken but i also feel that De Bonte deserves a fight against Holzken after being thrown out of the WW tournament.

I would say fresh RvR vs Ristie or Kiria vs Ristie would make more sense than feeding Groenhart who is on a loss.

Petro needs to some gimmie fights to get his groove back and to test his hand (broken it 6 times now?).

Yeah agree but first I want to see Holzken vs Kyshenko. Kyshenko is still a big name. De Bonte could proof how bad it was to replace him with Daniels, fighting Valtellini first and maybe Holzken later in the year will give him a double opportunity to show his skills.

Levin Schilling grudge match so levin can avenge his loss.
Ristie vs RVR.
Also like to see Harrison rematch Noiri or Amrani as he is better than those fights showed although i think i may be done with KB.

All good matches though Roller!

MW:
- Barrett vs Levin

Barrett vs Levin is a must for me. That fight needs too happen. Levin needs too avenge that dis-appointing loss too Schilling first though, get that stain off his record.

LHW:
- Spong vs Saki

This fight will be very good too. It seems like all the smaller guys are finally dropping down too their natural divisions. This is good. Saki dropping down also gives Spong some real competition at LHW too, that is probably the weakest division there is.

FW:
- Kubo vs Saenchai

Isn't Saenchai fighting for K-1 now? Would he even be able to fight Kubo in Glory?

I want to see Ghiţă vs. Aerts. Peter has one of the best determinations in the history of this sport, while Daniel has similar leg kicks. It"s sad Bonjasky didn"t want to take the fight against Ghiţă in the It"s Showtime promotion. While Le Banner since the brutal loss to Zimmerman, keeps avoiding names. I understand them all though being old, but I"m sure Peter Aerts wouldn"t refuse anything.

Ristie vs Kiria/Beqiri, not the top contenders, but immediate rematches against Petro or RvR would kinda defeat the purpose of the tournament.
Groenhart vs Petro, because Petro has already fought everyone else.
RvR vs ? Kraus/Hollenbeck, hasn't fought these 2 yet, should make for a good scrap.

HW:
- Verhoeven vs Ghita
- Zimmerman vs Edwards

LHW:
- Spong vs Saki
- Corbett vs Ilunga
- Spong vs Ilunga - rematch needed due to the contreversial ending
MW:
Schilling vs Wakeling - Want Wakeling to KO him
Schilling vs Levin - Levin needs to school this guy next tme around
WW:
- Holzken/Kyshenko/Valtelini/Lucine

LW:
- Ristie vs Groenhart
- Petrosyan vs Van Roosmalen
Watson vs Groenhart/Van Roosemalen

FW: Just gonna take your words for these
- Noiri vs Amrani
- Kubo vs Saenchai

actually a good fight

If Saki moves to LHW, Glory needs some new blood in the HW division. Get Adegbuy and Catinas in there and things will get interesting. Hopefully Zimmerman is not too bummed about this loss and continues to train hard and does not start to put on weight again and the division will look even better.

I think Benjamin is most likely to join the hw division in 2014. The HW division will have some new blood from several countries. They will have to fill in the gap which will be left behind if Aerts, Bonjasky, JLB and Schilt really gonna retire. The only fighter who will quit for sure is Remy.

HW, Saki-Ghita, Saki-Verhoeven, Ghita-Voerhoeven.

LHW, Spong-Ilunga, Corbett-Ilunga, Saki-Spong if he moves down.

MW, Wakeling v. Schilling & Levin. Levin-Schilling

WW, Holzken-Kyshenko, Valtellini-Karapatyan, De Bonte-Stetsurenko

LW, Ristie-Petrosyan, Petrosyan-RvR, Watson-Groenhart

FW, Kubo-Noiri,

Alexander stazerenko fought on the superfight card vs Valtelini would be a good match up

In the case of HW, Daniel Ghita is the new #1 ranked fighter with 1324 points, dethroning Schilt at 1211 points. If Saki wins his next fight with Gerges he will make 1281 points (if win comes by KO) or 1249 points (if win comes by decision). Either way, he also moves above Schilt so a 3rd fight between these two is a must for 2014. They also both need to rematch Verhoeven! I'm pretty sure both will defeat him in a rematch, they won't make the mistake of underestimating him again.
