First kickboxing event I'll be attending (Been to a handful of UFC events) and I couldn't be more excited. I really hope Glory eventually gets the exposure they deserve. I'm not as familiar with there roster as I am with MMA organizations but I'm quickly getting hooked on this shit.

its actually a pretty weak card by glory (europe) standards. they force feed sub par american fighters on the main card, so the undercard has some fights that are better than the main card fights

but then again, looking at that card it's just weak. so weak compared to the last two europe events in amsteram and milan

Trust me, I know its not as stacked as some of the past Glory events, but I'm not going to let that get in the way. The UFC rarely comes to Chicago so I'm taking full advantage of this.

Good call...I have been to 5-6 Glory events and I can tell you they are AWESOME!
The production is so on point that it elevates the entire event. Awesome that you got tickets (I did as well)
and are supporting the sport. Also a HUGE thanks for posting the video!!!

oh i think you'll have a blast no matter what. i've been to alot of kb events, also alot of small events and they usually all deliver

Ya even low level combat sporting events are fun to attend live. Should be a good time no doubt.

No problem man, I can tell from just a television standpoint that the production blows the UFC out of the water. Can't wait to see what its like live.

I'm going to be writing a feature web package story on the event as well for my school paper. It won't just be on Glory 27 though, it will be sort of an introduction to kickboxing since its not to big here in the states.

It's a pretty long video but towards the end Glory maps out the entire years schedule at least with months and cities! 5 Europe events and 5 U.S.

Yeah idk if they really had to include all of those fights in the countdown but I guess it doesn't hurt lol.

so 5 good cards and 5 shitty cards i guess

Chicago will be an awesome event and have more good striking than any of the MMA shows you've seen lately! If you live close enough to be there, you should attend! It is rare if ever that someone who has attended a live Glory event complains about the action or production even on this forum that is filled with "fans" that love to hate. It's Time For Glory!!

live events are always great, but the US will most likely suck compared to the euro events. good for me, bad for US fans.

I just noticed Pawel Jedrgtrhwrtgk is on the card. Any relation to Joanna?
