When there is so many fights being announced you question your sanity.

This is a difficult fight to predict I'm going to say Rashid Magomedov by via decision probably split, his striking is clean but Burns is a monster on the ground and Rashid is a small Lightweight.
    It could go either way.

I think Burns finds a way to get him down and sub him.

Magomedov puts an end to another Brazilian's undefeated streak. The brazilian cowboy was having success on the feet against burns and Magomedov's striking is far better. Not only that but Magomedov has amazing TDD.

Rashid via decision or third round finish. I was really hoping Rashid would get someone a little higher up the ladder. At least he finally has a fight booked. I have no idea why he's only fighting once this year.

Rashid use to fight decent level guys at Welter-weight. He's a decent size lightweight and has proven to have great TDD against Bigger fighters.

burns is talented, but got lucky with a late submission in his last fight. he won't be that lucky in this fight. he'll get TKO'd.

Good fight, I don't think this fight will be as close as some people think, I think Rashid will light him up with punches and finish him in the third, I think this fight will play out similar to Rashid vs Silverio. Why does the UFC always put Rashid on the Brazilian cards? this is his 4th fight in the UFC and this will be his third one in Brazil.

There was an interview with Rashid (in Spring) in which he mentioned that he was in Moscow to check his health. Nothing serious he said that he wanted to be sure that he is ok.
And also I remeber he mentioned in interview (I think it was another interview) that he can't gain his weight back after the weight cut for a month or something like that.

FINALLY! Been waiting to see Rashid back in action for what feels like ages. I like this fight. Magomedov via sprawl and brawl and a gas tank. Burns won't get him down and won't outstrike him.

I just don't see that happening at all. If burns wins it will be by sub, but I don't see him getting Rashid down to the mat long enough for that to happen.
