So Gilbert Burns has an interesting Youtube channel where he talks about different things going on in the current state of the MMA world.

In this video he talks about the upcoming fight vs Usman.

"I've been training with Kamaru for 6-7 years. We've probably had over 100 sparring sessions for sure. Not counting the BJJ or wrestling practice just counting the kickboxing/MMA sparring sessions. For sure over 100 times.
It's crazy because we and Kamaru were very close. Not close in like going toghether or hanging out, but close as training partners. We trained with eachother every single day, twice a day and I always respected his work ethic.
It's gonna be hard because we both want to be champion. As soon as both guys enter the cage, only one will leave as champion and i believe that will be me. That's the sad part for him."

1. He isn’t taking down or outpacing Usman
2. He got KO’d by Hooker at LW
3. Usman has decent power
4. He has a worse chance than Masvidal
Even Hooker said he thinks Gilbert got KO'd because he was so dehydrated.

And Gilbert doesn't need to outpace Usman to win. That's Usmans path to victory not Gilberts.

Hooker is really good, idk why he gets so much shit. That guy is extremely dangerous and is still capable of finishing anyone in the top 10 (assuming Khabib is retired). I'm gonna bet he stops Chandler (probably with a vicious knee), and everyone jumps on his wagon.

He should Beat Leon first then the UFC will give the Title shot absolutely Guarantee
i was joking, honestly I think Chimaev would be a big problem for usman and colby, but leon and burns are tough fight for him.

1. Probably not taking down, but why not outpacing? He did a better work of Woodley than Colby and Usman
2. Dude was severely dehydrated, even hooker said that, walks around at 200lbs he didn't belong in 155 and that was the only finish loss of his career.
3. So does Burns
4. You're delusional

Usman will clinch and foot stomp his way to a UD win

If you say Masvidal had a bigger chance than Gilbert your understanding is off at the basic level. Gilbert has great BJJ, by which alone chances increase way past Mas's.

tbf takes a lot of IQ to comprehend Usman's game

Hello Kamaru. Nice try. You mention IQ.. Isn't the key to success in the entertainment industry to entertain and get paid? Get some fans. It's the ultimate FIGHTING championship, not avoiding fighting championship.

Hopefully Usman’s added some new wrinkles to his game.

Working on his 3rd title defense, seems like he just fought Woodley....crazy.
