Okay... so getting the obvious out of the way first: Where's this gif you speak of?

Now, on to the substance of your post. I found it very odd that Bisping would walk away from that situation like it's some sort of trap. I feel like I've seen that sort of thing before, but I can't for the life of me think of a specific example.

I understand not wanting to go to the ground with a better grappler, even if he's giving you top position, but I really can't think of any possible way that letting Silva off the cage makes for a safer situation for Bisping.
