Well just got back from training and i got a knee burn when a guy tossed my while i was sweeping. my knee hit the mat hard (hard enough to give me some pain) and also my Gi pants stuck to the mat or something causing my knee to get a burn (inside the gi). i'm currently icing it (not sure if that's bad) and i was wondering what else i can do to help it out, i'm also icing my other knee and pelvic bone :icon_evil .

Strangely u only get yourself burned once or twice on the same spot, the skin gets used to it and wont burn that easily again. Atleast thats for me.
