The Biden admin dep of Justice is coming after the second amendment. It seems the American law and constitution is becoming what Bush said just a piece of paper.

But will the dep justice ever crack down on ghost markets? nah.

'Ghost gun' crackdown proposal issued by Department of Justice
For the first time since 1968, the Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking to update the legal definition of firearm in an effort to crack down on "ghost guns."

The proposed rule seeks to redefine "frame or receiver" as well as classify more firearm kits as "complete" firearms, making them subject to more regulation and oversight. It also seeks to legally define terms such as "complete muffler or silencer device" as well as "privately made firearms."

The proposed rule targets 3D gun printing.

They’ve spent 20 years going back and forth and failing to properly legally differentiate between a short barreled rifle and a pistol with a forearm brace

I doubt the justice department and ATF will be able to figure out how to properly define the frame/lower receiver as that’s the legal “gun” part of the gun.

Obligatory.

Holy fuck dude.

I forgot about that video.

Why is it that the anti-gun people always have to prove just how ignorant they are about everything to do with guns.

Here Mr. Gun Grabber, let me help you with something.

We've actually been seeing a handful of these pop up out on patrol.

Is a ghost gun one that comes from @ShinkanPo country that has no serial number? Why do American patriots need these and why should they be protected. You can’t have a car or bike without a vin number.

Howd you feel about the Trump administration coming after bumpstocks?
What have the two admin done on the black markets? so criminals, people with mental health dont get their hands on guns easily?

3d printed firearms? I know limited use, disposable suppressors are a thing, but didn't know printed guns were common enough that they would be anything more than just an oddity.

Oh cool, cuz people who break the law only buy their guns legally.

Got anything else to contribute to the thread expect this useless ad hominems far leftist?

I'm very curious why an eastern European is so concerned with american wedge politics. Theres nothing ad hom about that.

Dems have tried to push for mental health but the GOP doesn’t like socialism. You need both parties to get this stuff passed.

Were you this upset when Trump banned bump stocks?

In 1981, Reagan all but killed mental health institutes with the Omnibus Reconciliation Bill.
