Getting omega 3s only from diet

What would be the best and most cost effective way to do this? I know salmon is good, I will try to eat it 2x a week when I can.
 
There is organic milk that comes with omega 3s. Cheaper at Costco but you can get it at any supermarket.
 
how much food a day are we talking about here? Also is cod liver oil a decent substitute for fish oil?
 
mackerel has a bigger concentration of 0-3 than salmon, and at least where i'm from it's cheaper.
 
Everyone has said some good choices. I would also add that walnuts are a good source as well.
