Has anyone tried this before? Personally I'm not sure if it make my nerves better or 1000 times worse.
Train like you fight. Fight like you train. If you're high 24/7, it probably makes sense to roll high. But if you're not used to rolling while high, I think it's a terrible idea.
I'm stoned about half of the time during training. It definitely relaxes me and helps me be more creative. I come up with stuff out of nowhere, especially escapes, that I definitely wouldn't have thought of if I was sober. I'd probably be too relaxed if I was stoned during a competition, but it's hard to know for sure
