Getting back to being a scary lightweight

Didn't post for a few days, but I was still getting in the gym and doing what I could. Real light bench and press, shoulder rehab movements. Front squatting and deading. Back to my progressive program yesterday for da squats and I could fucking reach! Not closing the grip, but the first digit on my fingers is enough to stabilize the bar on my back.

2/20/15
Mornint weight 175.8 (ate really good this week til last night. Bar food happened, but not too bad)
Squat 135x5, 185x5, 245 3x5 and breezed through it
Deadlift 225x5, 275x5, 315 3x3. Def going up in weight on my secondary deadlift next week
Front Squat 135x5, 185 3x5. Going up here as well
 
Had some of my binging trouble come up this weekend. Fuck. Got to the gym today but felt like shit and bloated. Still managed to hit all my weights well

So not only did my weekend suck, but Monday and Tuesday were horrible. I couldn't stop raiding the vending machine for fucking candy and even stopped at gas stations to buy binge amounts of doughnuts and bags of m&ms. I'm such a pathetic wreck. Didn't make it into the gym to lift nor the gym to train on account of feeling like shit and no will.

Today, I binged at a retirement lunch, but finally got angry enough at myself to rage pull into the gym. Gonna try the bare bones of my skipped lift Monday and then my planned Wednesday as well. Fuck this has to snap me out of it and end this fucking bullshit self destruction I do to myself.

3/2/15 Monday
Morning weight- 181.8 yeah. I fucked up big last week. Candy binge each day and it was like a whirlwind. Fuck. Hoping I'm clear. I only had 3 doughnuts at work today. Sad that that's me getting a handle on it

This was a hell of a fucking leg day. Felt great. I'd been lifting barefoot for a while since no lifting shoes, but I went back to my regular tennis shoes because I felt I needed that bit of a front angle on my foot for the Squats. And I also think it fixed my brutal sraping against my shins while deadlofting

Also did a stuff, and shoulder Rehab work as I don't have the strength/it hurts trying to force a single against a cage. That arms out in front lifting motion is impossible for me right now. Damn

I'm sick today. Like left work 2 hours early sick. Skipping the gym. I can skip kickboxing tomorrow (since I was thinking of it anyway with no classes Fri or sat due to teammates fighting over in Minnesota and my elbow has been tingy throwing hooks so maybe it could use 5 days off) and do my lift then and not get behind schedule; assuming this is just a one day thing
 
Man, I'm tired just thinking about doing all of that.

I was in zombie mode for the Judo there at the end :) but got 3 good hard rolls in for my final ones in bjj and wasn't tired there so that was nice. It all just hit me after, plus I got hungry

Still feeling sick today but it wasn't brutal so I went to the gym. It became brutal halfway through my first set. Probably shouldn't have been here but I kept it easy and short. Hopefully tomorrow is finally better

Had to regress on my bench after the first set. Didn't increment my others

I didn't get to the gym yesterday. With being sick, the thoughts of deadlifting was too much after a day of work. Got in today to do upper body stuff after chilling at home for a lazy Saturday morning which was greatly needed

Did some about stuff. Forgot to do some calf work. Mine are cursedly small sadly. Toothpicks below my knees, then quads that make finding jeans difficult above

It was all pretty low intensity tho. My shoulders are still hurting me when I apply force at odd angles. This really sucks

This was all I did, but I'm glad I did it. Super tired. Fell asleep in my car sitting in the parking lot outside the gym for about 10 minutes when I just wanted to close my eyes and hear the end of the song. Got hit bad by my sleep paralysis and basically didn't get any sleep Wednesday night. I'm normally fine the next day, but then the following day it hits me. I think I'll do the hour of nogi bjj here in 30 minutes but skip the hour of Muay Thai after and just go to bed

Happy pie day

Had to get a minor car repair this morning so I went to bjj 11-1 and then lifted 430-530. Man, after an hour of rolling open mat I just got mentally tired in the gym here after benching

I think I'm gonna need those washers I keep hearing about so I can increment by less than 5 pounds per week. I've got maybe two weeks left here

This was really easy, I just wanted to be cautious with the increased range of movement and more stability needed by me

Worked a night shift the day before, but felt really good the next afternoon so happily made it into the gym

Squat 135x5, 225x5, 275 3x5- Starting to get really heavy here. I think I'm going to just add 5 pounds next week instead of 10 unless I feel like a million bucks during warm up rps
Deadlift 225x5, 275x5, 345 3x5- need to get a belt. After already squatting, I could feel my backstarting to round on the last reps. Also, I'm gonna add in rack pulls as assistance on my deadlift first day
skipped front squats. Forgot I had to be somewhere at 5 not 6 lol. Least I rememebered in time to still shower and get there.

Hands hurt after this. I think I'm gonna keep this at my deadlift weight from now on and do more reps
