I forgot to bring one during my training in Rio: Shaolin told me he's cool with people taping privates and that I should have brought one...

I encourage everyone to save some $$$ and spent some time in Rio and train with the Nova Uniao guys. Cool crew and awesome level.

i never seem to harp on this enough on here... If you do go to Nova Uni
