If you start to get those grey hairs in your early 40s , is that a sign of getting older too fast ,like due to the stress in the life ,getting old age and body is increased ?

I've had gray hair since I was a teen, now it's showing much more though. I'm in my mid 40s.

I don't mind, I have thick hair still and it's long below my shoulders but I tie it up.

Grey hairs aren't a big deal. As long as you aren't losing your hair.

I have some grey in my beard and a skunk stripe that goes through my long hair but the ladies seem to like it and tell me not to dye it.

It's just a sign you aren't using hair products.

You think it's by coincidence that every 60 year old guy in Hollywood still has the exact same hair he had when he was 20?

Some guys dye their hair, some guys get hair transplants, some guys wear wigs and some guys age gracefully because they're not pansies.

It's mostly genetics. My parents are both in their 70s. My dad has gray hair, probably since his late 50s, but his hairline never changes. My mom on the other hand is in her low 70s and still doesn't have gray hair. So far so good for me in my mid 40s, but I do notice a few white hair in my nostrils, which is weird and annoying.

Wait until you go to take a piss one day and when you look down your balls are covered in shiny grey pubes.

If you catch them in the sunlight just right, your balls look like that vampire dude, all glittery.

I think most people start going grey in their forties.

I'm 39, and most of my peers are already getting salt and pepper in their beards and hair. I'll be honest, I am just grateful that I still have hair - going grey means you at least haven't lost all of it!

That’s normal dude. I’m starting to go grey (34) now on the sides and a bit in my beard. Not much now but it’s coming. I plan on embracing it. I am just glad my hairline has held so far

Hasn't hit my scalp yet but my beard has been greying like crazy in the past year and I'm not 40 yet.

i can only base this on my own family, but i think both genetics mixed with stress. me myself, i started getting gray hairs about a year and a half ago. i turned 44 last month, so i started getting them late at 42. though luckily it's not many. i'd say i've seen around twenty total on my head, though there are more in the beard lol.

my middle brother, who is six years younger than me, has like half his head full of gray hairs. though he has induced the stress upon himself with his rigorous schedule. he chose it, so that's on him. on the other hand, he hasn't thinned out as much as me, so there is that lol.

but then you hear how some here started graying in their teens, and you're like damn a huge factor must be genetic.

I think it is, somewhat. I have pitch black hair so I’ve always noticed random grey hairs even going back to when I was a teen. My facial hair got grey in spots after going through some stressful times.

Everybody's different homie. I'm 41 and my beard has been full blown silver for at least 5 years but I have zero grey on the dome. Ladies seem to love that shit though. Lean into it.
