So all the gyms where i live are closed and since i started running i lost to much weight for my own good. Im not reaching 145lbs even after meals and im 5'11 so i think you guys got the point im pretty skinny.

I want to start doing some calisthenics to build some mass but i don't know what would be the best routine for a biguiner like me, current im able to do 10 push ups in one go only, abs exercises i can do plenty of, no pull ups.

What series should a begginer like me do?

Ps: im thinking about buying some whey protein powder as well cause i cannot get all the calories i need by just eating since i burn a lot of them and im not a huge eater, is this a good idea?

I'd start doing dips, the beginner variation where you use a chair or bench to make it easier. If you can't do regular pull-ups, do those "Australian" pull-ups (you'll need a bar or something), it's an excellent exercise for the back and arms. I don't know about legs, though. Perhaps sprints. Do these consistently and you should be able to progress quickly. Always keep it a bit challenging. It's tricky to measure your progress if you don't use weights. But if you can do 15 chair dips in a set, try regular dips for at least 5. You get the point. If the mass is your goal, you got to find a way to make it intense, not some marathon workout where you'll be doing 500 regular push-ups or something.

I shadow box and use the bag for exercise. I can easily beat the old folks on my street now.
