George St Pierre Seminar in Vancouver, BC, this weekend

UFC standout George St Pierre will be giving a seminar in Richmond BC (just south of Vancouver) this coming weekend - there MAY be a couple of spaces left if you call Norm (telephone number below) asap. You can also combine this seminar with the Chris Brennan seminar in 2 weeks and get an even better price.

Location: Family Athletics Academy, #406-5940 No. 6 Rd, Richmond BC

Cost $100 per event or $175 for all 4 days (which is a great deal for the level of instruction you will be getting).

I train at Franco's on 33rd and Fraiser

I know people who train at Universal MMA downtown on granville

I also have heard that Cocoon Athletics on burrard (i think burrard... not positive) downtown is also decent
