Special grand opening seminar for Gracie Barra Alaska. As a treat from the instructor, this was a free 2 hour seminar from 4 black belts, Professors Roy Dean, Ted Stickel, Nelson Monterio, Rafael "Gordinho" Lima. It was a great seminar, lots of people, great technique and proud of our academy and the students there that showed up.
The technique was Roger's way of taking the mount from side mount. Very tight technique, and we learned 2 attacks from the mount, and 2 attacks from side mount. Everyone was able to roll with black belts, as well as my first time rolling with some.
