Gateway Pundit, ZeroHedge, Cernovich BTFO Over Copyright Infringement

Grindall61 is a guy from California who's youtube channel is filled with almost 3,000 videos he's made. Most of them are of town/city council meetings, state meetings, and now free speech etc rallies too. Some of his videos have a few hundred thousand views, he has over 30,000 subs, and he's been making a living off this work.

You might have seen some of his videos I've posted around here.

Well it seems that some shady shit is going on in the new "alt-media" world because grindall has found now two occasions where gateway pundit/zero hedge/cernovich have posted his videos and not credited him/credited someone else, including Josh Kaplan, founder of Vessel News.

One of the two videos was stolen, stretched to not include his watermark, and used. These were the videos of protesters giving Maxine Waters hell btw, you might have seen them.

They could have easily worked out a deal with minimal costs, or simply embed his vids in their articles.

I hope they'll pay through the noses now. Cropping out the author's name from their work and claim it as your own is such a scummy move.

One of the biggest Facebook pages, SoFlo Antonio, does this. He takes other creators videos, crops out their watermarks, then adds his own. He's even claimed copy right violations against the original video creators, and won somehow.
Facebook won't do a damn thing about it because they're making to much money from ads.
