I smoked some amazing wings yesterday with a garlic Parmesan and red hot with melted butter sauce.

key is to layer the flavors. Brine first then season, smoke and lastly toss in sauce. Made a dipping sauce as well, so damn good

I did wet with some apple juice and a jar of chipotle also salt and some other seasonings. Used the whole jar because it was 140+ wings.

Just used what I had in the fridge, it’s good to experiment

Either way sauce is secondary. It's all about preparation.

Broasted chicken wings are the king of chicken wings.
 
Mango Habenero is up there. I would never turn down Garlic parm.
