    I smoked some amazing wings yesterday with a garlic Parmesan and red hot with melted butter sauce.

    key is to layer the flavors. Brine first then season, smoke and lastly toss in sauce. Made a dipping sauce as well, so damn good

    I did wet with some apple juice and a jar of chipotle also salt and some other seasonings. Used the whole jar because it was 140+ wings.

    Just used what I had in the fridge, it’s good to experiment
