He has said in the past he wanted to fight at 145...

Do you like his chances against the some of the top ten of the division? The likes of Aldo, Stephens, Edgar, Swanson, etc?

He gets swamped by the top 5. Probably could beat a few guys in the top10/15

Someone mentioned it in another thread. Aldo vs Garbrandt could go either way IMO

I think he'd probably be borderline top 5. He's a really good fighter, but anytime he fights someone with power it's going to be a coin toss with his subpar chin combined with nearly nonexistent defense.

He wouldn't crack the top ten, if he stays at bantamweight he atleast will be at the bottom of the top ten.

If he fights like he did vs Cruz he could do well. If he swang and bangs like he does vs TJ, he will get slumped

People here are delusional. Cody is too small for 145lbs. 125lbs is more realistic for him.
His punches probably wouldn't have the same effect in the FW division.

    This.
Aldo can ko fighters who are 160-170 on fight night while Garbrandt is an average bantamweight who has claimed he can make 125.

Let him Fight Lineker and lets see if he's a real top 5 BW, cause I think Lineker sleeps him after walking through his counters. Damn I been calling for this fight for a year, I wanna see it now that Cody can't get any undeserved title shots. He can leave the division and face certain unconsciousness, or stick it out and prove his place in the division cause I don't think he's top 5.

he's too small, and if he's getting knocked out at bantamweight it wouldn't end well, imagine him next to a guy like Ortega who cuts down from 175 to make FW?

He's 5'6 and skinny ain't no way he'd do good at 145. I'd love to see the size difference between him and Zabit.

Lmao his power wouldnt translate. He would get koed. Anyone that can eat his shots and has any power knocks him out in that division.

Thought he was closer to 5'8. But yeah, he's too skinny for FW.

He looks clearly shorter than 5'8 Cruz and eye to eye with 5'6 TJ.

He's probably 5'7 then. He's got an inch on TJ
