Soul Reaver. MGS1 and Manhunt (forgot how brutal this game was) are good too but Soul Reaver definitely deserves it. MGS1 still looks good and has aged pretty well.

A remake of Bioshock 1 with the controls of Bioshock 2 would be great....also have the option to switch out the hacking in 1 for the hacking in 2. Those two changes would make replaying 1 a lot more fun and less tedious.

Crysis : Warhead for the console would be fucking awesome! I loved how they brought Crysis 1 to the console and would love to play the side-story in Warhead.

Oddly enough I'd also love to see the Destory all Humans series get a modern update for the current consoles. Just like what they did with bringing the Bioshock trilogy forward, but maybe with some tweaks to improve gameplay a bit.
