So this game was on my radar right as it came out, I dropped the ball though and forgot about it since then. I saw it for free this month with PS+, I almost missed it thinking Broforce was the only free game this month. It's far exceeded my expectations. I never imagined digging an old school space shooter in the vacuum of space so much. The controls felt a little wonky at first, but as it starts to click, the action gets amazing. I can't think of a faster paced shooter I've played. You will die often, but it doesn't feel like such a grind since each level is randomly generated. Everything about the game oozes style and polish, I really can't recommend this one enough.
