Welcome, In this log, I'm gonna do whatever the fuck I wanna do in regards to lifting. If anyone wants to join in on the fun, start up a discussion. In here we can talk about banging 10's and other unreachable fantasies or just anything in general. My lifting protocol will be following a powerbuilding routine (or hybrid training if you're into the Hulse) because I'm vain, I like big arms, and I'm vain. Unless the gains are flowing like the salmon of Capistrano, I'll probably change things up ever 2-3 months. I get easily bored, I'm not training for a sport, and there's no reason at my age to grind through a workout if it's not mentally stimulating. Shit, I might do some P90X up in this bitch. Routine: 2 days strength/power work, 3 days speed/hypertrophy work. Goals: 1. Not get injured 2. Get stronger 3. Fat loss 4. Prepare myself for Tough Mudder, which is coming up in June. 5.
