Gaining strength while losing weight. (plateaus)

I know it is possible largely with CNS efficiency and motor unit recruitment but I seem to be hitting a bad plateau. I'm stuck largely at 315 on squats, and it doesn't matter if I do A2G squats or not, on my last set on a modified 5 x 5 routine, 315 is around my limit, anything more and I'm training to failure. Also, on bench, I'm stuck at around ~245 on my last set.

Is there any specific tips for combating plateaus while on a cut? What do you guys do? Change up your routine? When bulking, I always felt I was getting progressively stronger, even when doing the same amount of weight the same amount of reps, it got easier and more comfortable. :)
 
A change in your routine may do the trick or even taking a break for awhile might be good. Your diet IS going to dictate how much you can train along with other variables. You may need to cut back on volume a little.
 
If you're strictly "on a cut" then I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you aren't losing strength. If you're drastically cutting your calorie intake, and increasing the amount of calories you burn I would expect this to happen.

Once you've finished your cut & you get back on your regular diet, you should have the energy to keep increasing your PR's instead of staying at your current plateau.

In fact I would think that a plateau while cutting would be your ideal goal, if you're able to maintain your current strength, that's gold. If by chance you do happen to get any PR's while cutting, then that's just pure gravy so to speak.
 
Put a focus on the posterior chain. I am not sure what your numbers are for stiff-legged deads and good morning are, but these help immensely at increasing not only your squat, but also your deadlifts. Substituting front squats and one-legged squats is also a good idea.
 
Could you possibly eat a little bit more on the days where you're going for lifts?
