I know it is possible largely with CNS efficiency and motor unit recruitment but I seem to be hitting a bad plateau. I'm stuck largely at 315 on squats, and it doesn't matter if I do A2G squats or not, on my last set on a modified 5 x 5 routine, 315 is around my limit, anything more and I'm training to failure. Also, on bench, I'm stuck at around ~245 on my last set.
Is there any specific tips for combating plateaus while on a cut? What do you guys do? Change up your routine? When bulking, I always felt I was getting progressively stronger, even when doing the same amount of weight the same amount of reps, it got easier and more comfortable.
