Gaethje wants Lee next

Would love to see Lee knocked out cold even tho i like him as a fighter. He's just cringe at times.

Could be a great fight, i would rather JbG fight barboza instead but if we have a chance to see his wrestling chops in action then I am definitely down for that

Gaethje should go on a 6 month break from fighting tbh. It's great that he took no damage in the Vick fight, but he still should take some time off considering he had 3 WARS before that. He should just wait and fight the winner of Lee-Iaquinta.
 
I see gaethje knocking that cringe machine out in devastating fashion.
 
I would have preffered Al vs Lee and Barboza vs Gaethje.
Gaethje is a small LW striker, Lee is a huge LW wrestler.
Some keep saying that Gaethje is a good wrestler, though
Lee by decision or Gaethje by 1st round KO
 
Amazing fight and I def would love to see it.

However, imho from Kevin point of view this fight doesn't necessarily do anything for him in terms of getting closer to a TS. If I were him I'd wait and see how UFC 229 plays out before committing to anything.
 
Justin is a gatekeeper he isn’t on the level of lee. He’s a B level fighter.
 
I think that's the fight to make for both guys. The Lee/Iaquinta rematch can wait until Iaquinta gets a win. But Kevin is #5 and Gaethje #6 so that makes perfect sense, without saying that it would be a sick fight and the perfect style test for both guys. Can Lee pressure an powerful striker with good TDD like Gaethje ? Can Gaethje sprawl and brawl against a suffocating wrestler like Lee ? This fight needs to happen.

In the meantime Iaquinta can fight Barboza or even Alvarez if he resigns
 
Awesome matchup

Seems like moments ago that gaethje was a hopeless bum with brain damage who didnt belong in the ufc, fuck everyone and their mothers too
 
I like it. Good call out. Logical match-up. Therefore, the UFC will never make it happen.
