So i've been doing some readin on it and it seems interesting...

from what i take you should be takin (50-60g protein) every 2-3 hours with lots of veggies and fruits (80% veggies 20% fruits). Take these complex carbs with ur protein in the morning, before ur workout, and meals afer your workout.

Is this the jist of it? Does anyone have specific information or experience iwth it that they would like to share?
