I think a lot of the double names are actually from when a fighter uses only one name. So like "Madonna" would show up in fight finder as "Madonna Madonna"

With the more well-known guys like Zulu, we actually have their real names available, so zulu goes in the nickname field, but in the small shows they only have the name that the guy provided, and if he wanted to be called "Gussan" then so be it. He comes up as Gussan Gussan.... and takes awesome pics.
