Functional half guard video

I use Firefox, with the video download plug-in, and that gives me an option to save it as an .flv (flash video), .avi, or .mp4, none of which require you to be connected to the internet to use. There are some streamin' videos that do require that, but this isn't one of 'em.
 
You can download it in .mp4 format. Just change the "Download for..." option from "Windows/Mac" to "Video iPod/Sony PSP".

You'll need either QuickTime or VLC to play .mp4 files.

Simplest way to do it. Thank God for Firefox
