Fuji BJJ Single Weave Gi - How to Shrink?

Hey guys,

Just bought an A3 Fuji BJJ white gi, and out the bag it's a little big. The sleeves are about right, but the length of the jacket is a bit long/wide. I was wondering what's the best way to shrink this to the perfect fit?

Id like the sleeves to shrink as little as possible, but the jacket to get a little tighter/shorter.

I'd soak just the parts you want to shrink in very hot water and then toss it in the dryer on high heat.
