Nothing is coming of this, because that fat asshole paid off the right people.
His paid people off and his family is well connected.How....the fuck....
is he not in prison? Wasnt this bigger than maddoff?
You're probably right, about facing penalties from biden's agencies. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone put a price on his head.Nothing is coming of this, because that fat asshole paid off the right people.
Does it need to be posted on every page? He was based in the Bahamas which has very little protections for people who invest in imaginary token grifts. I'd be surprised if he ever sets foot in the USA again. Not sure what US laws he's broken in America but I'd imagine a civil suit in the least could be brought against him.How....the fuck....

"Biden's agencies" what an awkwardly and alarmingly obsessed wordingYou're probably right, about facing penalties from biden's agencies. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone put a price on his head.

As if as soon as he's out of office it'll be someone else's agency? What a fuking dweeb
Years ago, Johnny Unitas was sued. He was the paid spokesperson for a mortgage company that went belly up.It will actually be a fairly major precedent set if they actually decide Crypto will be regulated as securities (and the SEC has declared that their intention).
In which case, since the celebrity endorsers they hired were actually given FTX stock, there's even a possibility the Celebrity shills will be on the hook for those endorsements in the lawsuit that's been brought against them.
Which would then open up the potential for youtube crypto bros to be similarly liable for the "projects" they've been involved with, endorsed and pulled the rug on.
It would certainly make SBF's actions fraudulent, since their terms clearly stated they weren't using customer deposits.
I think the US will eventually be able to pressure the Bahamas into giving this guy up, but because of the money involved (and hence lawyers) and the lack of current legal precedents, I'd expect a long journey.
You really don't know how it works? Are you really this dumb?As if as soon as he's out of office it'll be someone else's agency? What a fuking dweeb
According to him.. he donated the same to republicans but it was under the table.Should we make the Democrats give the money back? Yes we should.

With customers, investors and, potentially, law enforcement closing in, the fate of crypto wunderkind-turned-pariah Sam Bankman-Fried may rest on two key questions: What did he know about Alameda Research, and when did he know it?
SBF said he can't account for billions sent to Alameda. He says he had little insight into the trading firm even though he owned 90% of it.
How did this guy fool so many people?
