    9-30 Friday - 1hr mtn bike heavy inclines

    Looks good I would just switch the Bench To standing Push Presses..:)))
     
  4. ehh.. not the best idea, bro. adding push press to the clean (clean and jerk) is something i like to do occasionally, but there's no reason to remove a major lift.
