Fruit Flush 3-Day Detox Diet. Anyone try this? can you cycle this? 3days on 4days off

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but you could always lose some water weight.

Back on topic though. I know my mom tried some detox thing where all she ate all day was a big thing of plain yogurt, and all the sugar free jello she wanted. And the only thing to drink was 1 8oz glass of milk and obviously all the water you wanted.

Then the next day she would eat nothing but fruits and green vegetables. She did it for a while and lost a decent amount of weight. And drank nothing but water.

Third day all you ate was one of those big mozarella (sp) balls. You would proportion it to last you. And again 1 8oz glass of milk and all the water you wanted.

That is the basic jist of it. Might not be 100% accurate, but you get the idea.

I wouldn't suggest it while you are trainging though because you need all the energy you can get.

Did she keep the weight off? sounds dangerous, yet I'm sickly curious on how she did. Was it just for a temporary fast?
 
That diet is known as starvation or fasting. Lock yourself in a heat room and run on a treadmill like on tuf...
 
10lbs is easy to lose if you just want to lose water wieght. Just take the advise above and Lock yourself in a heat room and run on a treadmill or go running in a rubber suit. If you do that starvation diet your just going to lose alot of muscle.
 
I've tried it, it works well.

I so it before all fights before cutting.

But according to the other "juice fast" thread, I don't know shit.
 
An easy way to drop the weight is to go on Atkins induction diet 2 weeks out. There is a list of approved foods and you stay under 20g carbs a day. You will lose about 10-20lbs in two weeks, mostly water weight.

well it was a four day cycle type thing. Like I said, I don't have 100% facts about it, just what she told me and what I observed.

I think on the fourth or fifth day she was able to eat whatever she wanted in moderation. She did keep it off, but I think it was only possible because she started to eat healthier after she finished it up

EDIT: oh and I think she did it for two weeks tops. She has been off it for awhile now.

I still say you just sweat it out in the sauna.
 
Started the Fruit Flush yesterday, and i think its going to work. 3 days on 4 days off and back on next week. Plus amped up the cardio. Only thing that doesnt seem logical is the cutting water part. I know its real easy to cut weight by sweating it out in a sauna. But I get weighed the MINUTE of the fight. No time to rehydrate. I'd hate to go in to the first match and gas out cause of dehydration. Any tips on that aspect??
 
I usually go on a fruit fast once a year to detox etc. Its a great.

You will feel like absolute shit after 2 days. Thats because your body will start dumping all the toxic shit your body has accumulated. It goes away and you will feel great.
 
9lb of fat in 3 days? sorry no.

9lb of water in three days? very likly
