I know this doesn't really answer your question, but you could always lose some water weight.
Back on topic though. I know my mom tried some detox thing where all she ate all day was a big thing of plain yogurt, and all the sugar free jello she wanted. And the only thing to drink was 1 8oz glass of milk and obviously all the water you wanted.
Then the next day she would eat nothing but fruits and green vegetables. She did it for a while and lost a decent amount of weight. And drank nothing but water.
Third day all you ate was one of those big mozarella (sp) balls. You would proportion it to last you. And again 1 8oz glass of milk and all the water you wanted.
That is the basic jist of it. Might not be 100% accurate, but you get the idea.
I wouldn't suggest it while you are trainging though because you need all the energy you can get.
