Fruit binging

    haha, this thread reminded me of an interesting fact I once heard, I was at a pet store talking to a salesperson about a chinchilla that they were selling, and the guy told me that once in a while you can give the chinchilla a raisin, but if you give it too many, the sugar can actually kill it !

    Trust me guys, fruit is severly underrated, and over-demonized.

    We as humans were designed to eat fruit. Moreso than any grain or refined sugar.

    That is why JB encourages us to have fruit as our main carb source outside of workouts!

    Tell me one time when fresh fruit has ever made you feel lousy?

    large amounts of fruit isnt bad for you. maybe 3 bananas is alot. fruit makes up alot of brazilians diets. they all seem to be in good health. and when i was down in brazil the brazilians i stayed with ate lots of fruit everyday. none of them were fat or outta shape or unhealthy.

    I love making fruit salads.
    Apple, Banana, cantaloupe, watermelon, plums, pineapple and others. Great in the morning or mid-morning for some great energy.

    Im so confused. Why is large amounts of fruit bad? Ya it might be a lot of sugar but its coming from bannanas, berries, apples, oranges?? I was under the impression that fruit salads or fruit shakes were good for you because there so rich in nutrients... is it possible to get fat off fruit lol

    fruit isnt the problem. overeating the fruit is. measure out the proper portion and then chow down. it is easy to over 'snack' on fruit like pineapple, mango and pizza. try that and see how you do.

    if you eat too many calories- your body WILL store it. if you can't burn the KCALs you put in then your WILL store it. Protein, Sugar or Fat it doesn't matter.

    perfect mixture of fruits. i don't normally let my clients have banana or pineapple, as they tend to over eat it or eat it at the right time.

    snack 2 and 4 is a great time... suggest adding fat (almonds or walnuts)

    wtf.... Me= Spartan Health Regime.... they say eat assloads of fruit till your not full. Im so confused. I felt sooo good eating fruit and would get energy. He stresses make 50% of your diet fruits. Fructose=good. Ive been needing less sleep and been having more enegy. this is gay
