Ok last form check video for awhile:

Frontsquat. This is the first of my three working sets (I typially do 3x3 front squats on the middle day of my texas method program).

As always any and all criticism and advice is appreciated.

-Keep working on your flexibility so you can keep the elbows up. Actually keep thinking "elbows up, elbows up" during the lift. When you unrack the weight, try to really get under the bar and get those elbows up.

-Try to keep your back even more straight. Think that your back is against the wall.

-Your knees are a biiiit to forward.

-No need to go down that fast. Try to go down not in slow motion but a bit slower.

That's my humble advise. But maybe Glenn Pendlay will show up and give you a professional and ultra helpful input.
    Keep it up bro.

Your back and front squat form is better than mine.

    Everything looks great.

    huge problem:
your back is already relaxed and not arched half way down- stretch your hammies and do goblet squats, force your ass out and keep that curvature in your lower back

    problem:
your knees seem to be facing more forwards than your toe direction- you might* also need some gastroc/soleus stretching

Looked fine to me, nothing glaringly wrong there. The weight looked very submaximal for you.
