Front Squat - Back Squat

I'm curious. Please post your current front squat PR and back squat PR. I want to see the difference between the two. I need to test my back squat soon. My current front squat PR is 195x5 which was ATG.
 
Front squat 3x330 (haven't had a proper opportunity to heavy, this max was unplanned and quite some time ago)

Backsquat 1x418 (pretty recent)

Both squats oly style (ATG, narrow stance with a high bar position)
 
and your back squat should be 74% of your deadlift

and your overhead press should be about 83% of your incline which should be about 79% of your flat bench.


I guess Alon is a weirdo since he can tripple 80% of his backsquat max on his front squats.
 
The moment to try to attach a finite percentage to the entire human race, is the moment you become 99.9% wrong. If you had said, "the average is 70%..." you might have received a better response.

I've never done a front squat. I am teh gheyzor.
 
Front Squat looks like a regular squat except you're holding the bar in front of you... I'm confused here. What does it work differently than a regular squat?

It focuses more on the quads than the glutes, hamstrings. But any squat works all the muslces of the lower extremity
 
Regular squat the posterior chain is more prominent...front squat the quads...
 
You see we came to the same conclusion and i don't need a clipboard.

I don't have a clipboard either, plus stating that it works the front more than the back doesnt really take a whole lot of knowledge.
 
Is there any squat-type exercises that works the hamstrings more?

Yea but you let everyone know your this and that...if you only knew what an actual insecure tool you sound like perhaps you'd do better than you right hand as your girlfriend...

Hey im not insecure, you don't like what I have to say, or disagree with my advice then fine, as far as I know noone at this point is disputing the advice I give including you. Im totally confused by your last sentence though
