This is something iv never really spent much time on other than spinning to the back or going for a head and arm guillotine i like things laid out in a series for structure are there any good dvds out there that focus on the position or good youtube series

Gene Mills: Short Offense for MMA/Wrestling.
Josh Hinger: The Hingertine

Those are off the top of my head anyways.

Now that i think about, Niel Melanson's 'The Catch Wrestling Formula' dvd is also pretty much all about front headlock attacks in various situations on the ground.

Honestly speaking, focusing on the implementation of head-and-arm chokes can be 80% of what you do anyways.

Yeah from the front headlock there are a bazillion things to do but I tend to think that being able to take the back and work a couple head-and-arm sequences are the most effective ways to spend your time.
