From the replay, it looks like a headbutt that finally dropped Alvarez (and led to the stoppage)

Mad respect to the awesome fight by both fighters, and great respect to Dustin for saying he'll rather die in there than quit...

but watching the fight replay it looks like he rammed his head into Eddie's chin and that is what led to Alvarez dropping, and the fight being stopped.

Did anyone catch that? or does anyone have a gif so we can see clearly?

what we SHOULD be talking about is how terrible goddard is as a referee. lets nut shots and eye pokes happen all the time but a 12-6 elbow on the shoulder means you lose full mount immediately
