First featherweight, then bantamweight and finally flyweight (though cejudo was also a bw champion). Pretty awesome tbh, now the only thing missing is a victory over the current atomweight champion at invicta i guess... lol

Merab vs Poatan and Jon Jones in 2025. Book it Dana!

Hopefully they book Pantoja vs Merab next. It makes sense. UFC is picking people out of other orgs for Pantoja to fight and Merab has done 50-45'd Yan and Suga.

Merab was screwed waiting around for Aljo to lose. Probably would have had an even more decorated record if he didn't wait around.

Still can't finish a fight to save his life. Is there another successful fighter with a worse ratio of finishes / decisions? Idk why people find him so entertaining. His pace and wrestling is unreal, but man is he boring otherwise.
Clay Guida 8.0

And sure he may have beaten cejudo, but he was washed AF and ring rusted out

Cejudo's biggest wins are against geezer Cruz, deathbed Dillashaw and a questionable decision over MM so it looks like the mma gods came to collect in that one

I made no claims about cejudos comp during his run. Just that when he came back he was fully washed
