It isn't the flashy junk that wins championships, but the precision with with you execute these 'boring' techniques.

 

I'm with frodo and want to add ...footsweeps rock yo.

 

It was a mistake, that just turned out to be funny. Not sure how to make sasae exciting to the masses. If you have any ideas let me know.

This is one of the fundamental techniques in all stand up gi grappling, allowing you to accomplish big throws.

 

Have you tried the bodog approach? Hot women in bikinis...sex sells.

 

I think that my lapel grip might get censored on a public forum with a girl in a bikini, but I am willing to try.
