Free Fedor fight from UFC

The only time I have ever rooted against Arlovski, and I usually root hard for him. It was strange, but hey, it was Fedor.

Similar experiences rooting against Chuck vs. Randy, and against Wand vs. Chuck.

I would love to see Fedor vs Roy Nelson. They are practically mirror images of one another. They are built the same, have the same wild striking consisting of looping right hands. Fedor is slightly quicker but Nelson has a much better chin and is far more durable to go along with having better wrestling and being the better grappler. Interesting fight.

Arlovski looked to be in control that night. A rematch today would actually be quite interesting since Fedor seems to have lost a step or too while Arlovski looks like more or less the same fighter.

Fedor was a step short then. Fedor had been declining and becoming a different fighter probably 6-7 fights before he finally started losing some. That's not hindsight either. I thought that. I still thought he was the best in the division but not the 2002-2006 guy that made MMA look like a fluid, singular art with how effortlessly he went from striking, throw, wresting, top control, defense, GnP, transitions, and submissions. When he was everything an MMArtist should strive to be.

I'm a big Fedor nuthugger too, but watch it with the sound off. Fedor 5 of 17 significant strikes, Arlovski 15 of 29. Arlovski's speed and standup overall was looking better than Fedor's until he went unconscious lol.

I actually am not a fan of his. Andrei was clearly ahead but he wasn't dominating. A lot of the punches he threw were slipped.

He was. I didn't realize this on the first watch. He just slightly slips most of them. They do almost no damage.

i think it was also the first time ever someone was outclassing Fedor. Fedor got lucky in that fight, imo.
