"crash for cash" schemes.
The plot thickens.....http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/06/us/freddie-gray-case/
This matters about as much as the fact that 'Hands Up, Don't Shoot' didn't happen.
So the cops murdered him because he was scamming insurance companies?
Ghetto gonna ghetto.
From the linked article.
"No proof was provided for that allegation."
so cops are the Houdini's of murders now, so slick they don't even have to be around when it happened....
this is like justifying the capture of a falsely accused Guantanamo detainee because he beat his wife.
No, not really.
Did you read the article?
So, I would imagine the implication is that it's possible that he injured himself.
(Not saying I agree with this. But the defense is probably trying to create reasonable doubt.)
So he was murdered by thin air then?
Ive always thought it was a rough ride. The other person in the van did say
"I heard a little banging like he was banging his head"
Which would indicate gray was alive then and they presumably arrived at the police station together.
It was a rough ride. My dad told me they do this all the time when he got arrested, they do it to white people too. Someone he knew got his neck broken from it. They drive around and then slam the breaks on hard and don't strap in the inmates in.
thats not what the other inmates said was your dad locked in the back with them
I thought the one guy said he was acting crazy or something, before he recanted.
He, a thief who stole a single cigarette, didn't quite recant it, he just said the police exaggerated what he told them.
He said after that he "heard a little banging like he was banging his head" and then questioned why he would do that to "hisself"
yeah but nothing was said about brake checks (screen checks) hitting pot holes and curbs or sharp corners to throw the inmates around like a washing machine
I think this matters and find this very interesting
Quoting so more people see this
Interesting defense strategy. Like Jonnie Cochran's "If it don't fit, you must acquit" I can hear it now: "If he broke his own shit, you must acquit!"
why stop there?
LOL. I'm sure he'll re-quote what you said, too. You know, so more people see it.
Separate names with a comma.
