    100% agree. The quickest path is definitely at 135. I think he'd only have to win one fight, against someone like Caraway, to get a title shot.

    He has a long winding road back to the top of feather and time isn't on his side anymore. Plus the guys keep getting bigger. First he was way too small for LW despite being champ, now he's a smallish FW. There are bantamweights like Almeida and Cruz who are bigger than Edgar, possibly others as well.

    Almost feel for Edgar. Steamrolled Cub and then Mendes. Then he finally had Aldo right where he wanted him, but landed 5 punches the entire fight and was ragdolled. So much for Aldo being mentally weakened.
